Either way, you know the full price before we start. No hourly billing. No surprises. Scope can change along the way: new sites, more people, new hazards, or something we find that was never documented. When it does, we quote the change before doing the work.

Fractional Safety Manager
A program only works if someone keeps it running. We stay on as your part-time safety manager, keeping the improvement cycle going so the system doesn't quietly fall out of date. We're also the person your team calls when something comes up, because safety works best when it's a shared responsibility.
Site visits included, sized to what you need. Each month includes a set amount of support. Anything beyond it is quoted as an add-on, never billed automatically.
